Welcome to Sky Guide explained, these pages should help you get the most out of your Sky Digital receiver, help you use and understand all the many varied and useful features at your finger tips. Sky Guide is the main way you control your viewing on Sky Digital and is split into four main areas, TV Guide, Box Office, Services and Interactive. This guide will look at them all in detail, explain what your options are, delve into all the submenus, show you how to use the Personal Planner, order Pay Per View and how to get the most out of all the interactive features available through your Sky Digital receiver. Don't forget to watch the Sky Guide demonstration on Sky Customer Channel 998 or try out Sky's interactive services on Sky Customer Channel 999, just push the RED button to explore!

Sky Welcome Channel (998)

On Sky Welcome you can see demonstration of how to use the basic Sky Digital receivers and a demonstration of the Sky+ receivers. Check out the Sky Welcome channel 998. It’s a great way to get to know Sky and discover how to make the most of your Sky features and services. There are no interactive or text features on this channel.

Enter 998 on your remote control and wait for the Sky Guide video to start. It lasts just nine minutes and the message at the foot of the screen will tell you when it’s due to begin.
These guides are really worth watching if you are new to Sky, it will help you get started and give you a good idea of what your Sky receiver can do.

Sky Customer Channel (999)

The first thing you will need to do is listen to what the man opposite is saying, and push the RED button! This will take a moment or two to load, once in you will find in-depth info on the topics you want to find out more about.
